ASRY First Mideast Yard to Implement Digitalised Quality Control Processes

ASRY, the Arabian Gulf’s most experienced repair and maritime fabrication facility has become the first shipyard in Middle East to launch a proven Digitalised Quality Control solution. The TruQC system digitally optimizes Quality Control functions for paperless reporting, tracking and analyzing, leading to immediate returns in efficiency and revenue.

Customization of the TruQC has been completed specifically for use for the NSH BAPCO Modernization Program currently underway at ASRY. Future plans are underway to trial rollout TruQC for US Navy reporting compliance as well as Safety Inspection reporting capabilities in Q2 of 2020.

ASRY Managing Director, Mazen Matar, recently met with TruQC CEO and Founder Ross Boyd to finalize implementation details of the digitalization solution into the organization. TruQC was designed to be compliant with Society of Protective Coatings (SSPC) standards and certifications, as well as NAVSEA specifications and API inspection requirements. Due to their work with the US Navy, TruQC meets the highest cloud data security requirements, including ITAR/DFAR compliance. TruQC has several Fortune 50 companies utilizing its solution, including top tier petrochemical and Department of Defense contractors. TruQC has helped these clients realize immediate returns based on increased efficiency and risk reduction with millions in proven annual savings.
